New Patient Appointment Scheduling

To help address the complex nature of our patient's health concerns, we offer a unique 2-part comprehensive Initial Consultation for New Patients consisting of Telehealth visit followed by an in-person exam. The fee for the Initial Consultation is $350 and is due after the Telehealth Visit. The

In-Person Exam will be scheduled during the Telehealth Visit.

          initial Telehealth Visit (fee for Initial Consultation is due at this visit)
