Payment Policy

Insurance: Please note that we do not currently accept insurance and we do not participate with Medicare, Medicaid or HMOs. This decision was made to allow Dr. Wang to dedicate her time to providing individualized care for her patients.
Payments are due in full at the time of service by credit card, CareCredit or cash. Please note that our system does not support contactless payment methods at this time.

After your visit, you may submit your receipt to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Insurance coverage and reimbursement vary by plan.
Our services may also qualify for HSA expense reimbursements. We recommend checking the most current eligible HSA expense list to confirm eligibility.
Telehealth Visits

We offer in-person and Telehealth visits for your convenience. Please note that all patients requesting care, including Telehealth visits, must be seen in-person at least once every 12 months. Patients must be physically located within Illinois during the Telehealth visit.
Cancellation Policy

Please keep in mind that your appointment time is reserved in advance for you. We understand that life happens and you might need to cancel. Please try to give us advanced notice if possible.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may require a non-refundable deposit prior to rescheduling.
Office Staff Availability
