The Orofacial Pain Center
Office Fee Policy
In order to dedicate all of our attention to providing individualized care for our patients, our office does not currently accept any dental or medical insurances. Most of our services do qualify for HSA expense reimbursements however we do recommend checking the most current eligible expense list just to make sure.
We kindly ask that payments are paid in full at the time of service. For your convenience, we have partnered with CareCredit.
At checkout, patients may request a medical superbill to file individually with medical insurances. Please keep in mind that submission of a superbill does not guarantee reimbursement as we are a non-participating provider.
Patients with Medicare or Medicaid will not receive superbills since federal regulations prohibit reimbursement.
Our office is not responsible for determining insurance coverage for our services.
Please keep in mind that your appointment time is reserved in advance for you. We understand that life happens and you might need to cancel. Please try to give us advanced notice if possible.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Office Staff Availability
During our office hours, we will do our best to respond to all of your concerns. After office hours, we will be available once we return to the office. If there is ever a life-threatening emergency, please head over to the nearest emergency room immediately.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you soon.
