Office Policies

Office Payment Policy

​

Please note that our office does not currently accept insurance or participate with Medicare, Medicaid or HMOs. This decision was made so that we can dedicate all of our attention to providing individualized care for our patients. Fees are due in full at the time of service.

 

You may submit your bill to your insurance company directly for possible reimbursement. Our services may also qualify for HSA expense reimbursements. We recommend checking the most current eligible HSA expense list to confirm eligibility.

HIPAA Privacy Policy

​

Prior to your first appointment, you will receive a copy of our HIPAA Privacy Policy and Acknowledgement of Receipt by email. You may also download a copy of our policy here.

Cancellation Policy

​

Please keep in mind that your appointment time is reserved in advance for you. We understand that life happens and you might need to cancel. Please try to give us advanced notice if possible.

 

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Office Staff Availability

​

During our office hours, we will do our best to respond to all of your concerns. After office hours, we will be available once we return to the office. If there is ever a life-threatening emergency, please head over to the nearest emergency room immediately.
