Diet & Nutrition

Small change
Huge impact

Even a small change in the choices that you make daily, can have a huge impact on your body, your nervous system and your overall well-being.

Making healthy choices doesn't mean that you need to completely give up your way of eating. Try following some of the simple tips listed below and soon, you'll be well on your way to an improved version of yourself.

Choose organic when possible. Apples, berries, grapes, bell peppers and spinach contain some of the highest levels of pesticides. Pesticides increase inflammation in the body and are potential carcinogens (cancer causing agents).

Try to limit the amount of added sugar and ultra-processed foods with additives, preservatives, artificial flavoring or coloring. All of these increase inflammation in the body.
